Western Union powers your pursuit. As the Daily Banking Product Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and management of our digital daily banking products.
In this unique role for the new pan-European Ecosystem, you will work closely with the Daily Banking Products Lead and cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, analyze market trends, and contribute to the success of our payment products.
Role Responsibilities You will conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that product features and benefits align with customer needs. You will assist with product launch activities, including communication with stakeholders, market positioning, and pricing analysis. You will provide ongoing product performance analysis and market recommendations for improvement. You will contribute to the development of product marketing materials, including presentations, product sheets, and customer-facing communications. You will keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations. Role Requirements You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires cross-collaboration among different stakeholders and partners. Significant experience in digital, payments, and/or retail banking is also a real plus. Previous experience with agile working methodologies is desirable along with strong digital analytical skills. A strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
