This position focuses on the CL document repository known as Digital Library: maintenance, enhancement, customer support.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Set up Project objectives and StructureAnimate meeting with the Project teamBe the key contact people on that projectFacilitate the communication around the projectPressure-test the project content / rationaleHighlight project key progress and successesWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Master DegreeMin 3/4 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic division of a large companyStrong business senseAbility to quickly ramp up into a new project and understand its key dimensions (e.G. objectives, KPI, business rationale)Ability to animate meetings, step back on a projectAbility to lead ad hoc support on projects (requiring to master some tasks such as benchmarking exercise or market research)Fluent in EnglishDesirable PMO experience in a large companyPrevious experience in logistics or supply chain industryFamiliar with PMO key aspects (governance, project routine, etc.)WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
