Publicis Groupe links Creativity, Technology and Data offering a value proposition that effectively connects brand and consumer.Job DescriptionThe Media Planner will be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing digital and traditional media plans.The ideal candidate must be able to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.Responsibilities:Assisting digital media strategy development for a client.Developing and managing Online Offline media plans; negotiating and purchasing media.Managing the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities.Managing campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process.Interacting daily and maintaining rapport with media publishers.Analyzing research data and media/marketing information; sharing information with clients.Monitoring and assessing ongoing campaign performance; assisting in strategic analysis of campaigns.Optimally applying the strategic and negotiation lines in the development of every campaign.Planning weekly the team tasks, making any needed changes in order to balance the workload.Collaborating with the definition of KPI's of control (negotiation and media).Guaranteeing the thorough control and achievement of the specific goals.Having a good command and knowledge of the company's tools.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree related to Advertising, Marketing or Economics, or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Media Planner.Good use of digital planning tools: Adservers (Campaign Manager, AdForm...), Verification Platforms (IAS), Google Analytics, GFK.Good use of offline planning tools: Kantar, TomMicro, Galileo.Able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications.Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner.Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially.Develop client reports that are clear, compelling and persuasive.Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues and internal agency issues.Additional InformationWhy join us?
