Reporting to the Marketing Intelligence Director, who reports to the Spain CMO, the Strategy Consultant will contribute to maximizing the Marketing department's performance.

The Strategy Consultant will be a core member of the Marketing department, responsible for providing insightful information on various matters to the team.
Among other things, this role will:
Help define the strategy for acquisition (Marketing Strategic Plan, Budget, and transformation projects)Analyze and interpret data to propose different marketing solutionsProcess data sources to segment clients, measure performance, and compare initiativesWork alongside the Marketing Analytics team and Marketing operational team to identify and deploy improvement initiativesCommunicate business insights in a simple and persuasive wayProvide direct support to the Spain CMOExperiences and QualificationsExperienced professional with at least 4 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar positionSuccessfully achieved a bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a consistent outstanding academic recordCompetenciesStrong Business AcumenGreat analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationCan-do mindset with the ability to recommend quick and pragmatic decisionsHighly developed time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
