Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This pivotal role entails spearheading commercial initiatives to optimize sell-out and profitability within Franchise stores across the Iberia zone. The incumbent will play a crucial role in shaping commercial product strategies to align with consumer needs and specific country requirements. The Senior Specialist will conduct in-depth channel performance analyses, recommending strategic action plans to achieve key targets, encompassing retail NS, store KPIs, and category launches. Collaborating closely with the European DTC Merchandising team and activation teams, the role will contribute significantly to the success of the Brand Core Sport business through a robust Go-To-Market (GTM) plan in the Monobrand environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manages successfully Franchising business priorities respecting the framework set by the DTC Retail and Franchise Management.Oversees/ manages pre and in-season franchise range, present in the Franchise fleet in Iberia zone, part of the holistic DTC range.Develops and implements merchandising best practices to ensure delivery of specific trading activities based on the actual DTC portfolio needs.Collaborates cross-functionally at zone (Iberia) and Market (EU) level with EU DTC Assortment planning and Merchandising (planning, buying, allocation) teams, as well as Franchise sales and operations teams to identify and address the local needs of categories, products on zone/country/marketplace/store level.Develops and executes a comprehensive GTM plan for franchise range within the Franchise network to support channel expansion and positioning in the Iberia zone.Supports EU Franchise centralized pre-sell-in and sell-in meetings with Franchise partners to set seasonal priorities and expectations, as well as sell-in process on a zone level.Develop a strong commercial relationship with franchise partners.Ensures on-time order placement of the right product mix per store pre-season by coordinating system readiness and communication flow to the franchise partners.Monitors seasonal Order book and takes necessary actions accordingly – rate of allocation, cancellations, cleansing, conversion check and push; maintains a healthy status and on-time delivery of the right products, at the right locations.Coordinates delivery flows in case of input needed regularly and in ad-hoc cases, to ensure normal stock levels in the Franchise fleet.Tracks sell-out and sell-in data on category/partner/store level, weeks cover and proposes merchandising actions on a weekly basis to enhance in-season sell-out opportunities and healthy stock levels in the stores at the end of the season and at any point of time.Search stock in SAP for new business opportunities.Reports in time all submission allocations files for all categories needed.Manages in-season and end-of-season returns rates and status, coordinates with partners and customer service.
