About the roleIn this role based in Madrid you will report into the SEU Cluster FD and lead the Iberia market finance team, playing an essential role in making sure that the market continues to grow and becomes more profitable.
You will be part of the local leadership team and have significant exposure to Regional Exec.
The primary responsibility will be to work in partnership with the market leadership team to drive the strategy whilst being accountable for P&L performance and also governing the balance sheet and working capital position.
As the finance leader you manage the local finance team which is responsible for business partnering the sales team across all channels, and you will collaborate with the cluster team on BBI, logistics and overheads to drive cost efficiencies, ensure accurate forecasting and provide insight on performance.
