As a Technical Support Agent, you will: Understand and respond to client's requests (by email and chat)Analyse the client's situation to reply to them quickly and efficientlyIdentify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solutionOffer adequate solutions with a positive approachOrganise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairsRequirements
