Start your future with BorgWarner now!Job Purpose: Provide specific diversified tooling and assemblies to meet engineering and production requirements by performing various complex technical Tool Room functions with limited supervision. The Journeyman Tool and Die Maker has complete knowledge of all Tool Room operations and utilizes the skill and ability to perform complex layouts and complex machine tool set-ups for the purpose of adjusting, repairing, heat treating, and constructing various tools, dies, fixtures, gages, etc. Must be able to work to extremely close tolerances, assemble various tooling projects and electro-mechanical assemblies, and be able to set-up and operate all Tool Room equipment with general responsibility for work involved.What We Are Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 4 years of extensive specific skills training in tool and die making field.Wire EDM and Jig Grind experience preferred.Machine maintenance experience.Salary: Salary ranges from $ based on experience.
