Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in French? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and will ensure users get the support they need.
This is an opportunity to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge products, including music and audiovisual technology Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and solution-oriented support Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, especially in audiovisual, music, and connectivity fields Record and manage all call details in the system, delivering timely resolutions within SLAs Collaborate with team members, and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service Escalate issues when necessary to senior support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution What Were Looking For: Language Proficiency: C2/ fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above) Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support Technical Skills: Knowledge of signal connectivity, wireless networking, music, and AV products Customer Focus: Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs Team Player: Ability to take ownership of issues and work collaboratively to resolve them Whats in It for You?
