Position Overview
As a member of Technology partnering, you will support the definition and execution of various initiatives to create the IT Demand Vision and synchronize squads to ensure IT Delivery aligns with the overall strategy.
You will support the Tech Partnering lead in three main pillars:
Demand:
Have an overview of initiatives ordered by tribes and products.
Ensure alignment of initiatives with the strategic goals.
Manage discovery squads to analyze how to split the initiative into components assigned to existing or new squads as required.
Squads & Tribes Synchronization:
Facilitate the management of dependencies, escalations, and trade-offs across squads and tribes.
Support cross-initiative synchronization and progress.
Delivery for Complex Initiatives:
Ensure integrity of initiatives: guaranteeing delivery, budget, and plan.
Align with DB strategy and IT principles.
Guarantee alignment between squads at the technical level.
Manage technical dependencies and remove impediments.
Coordinate initiative progress and negotiate responsibility boundaries.
Identify and manage risks and issues across squads.
Facilitate technical epic sync meetings.
Ensure appropriate resource allocation in each squad.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support Tech Partnering for Demand, Synchronization, and Delivery.
Manage discovery squads.
Lead delivery for complex initiatives.
Your Skills and Experiences:
People management as a servant leader: strong relationship and communication skills to collaborate with business, agile teams, international teams, and vendors.
Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Degree or technical degree complemented with professional experience in an Agile environment.
Experience in IT related to complex initiatives in an international banking environment and procedures optimization.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in complex agile organizations working according to scaled agile (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, etc.). Experience in the use of Jira.
Ability to identify and manage risks and solve conflicts.
Able to navigate complex and international matrix environments.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage uncertainty and work independently based on objectives.
Open-minded and eager to learn.
