Bring innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.What we look for4+ years of experience in international change management including ERP (Oracle or SAP) system transformation.Proficient in applying change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record in large-scale organizational change projects.Quick learner with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities while supporting the overall strategy.Ability to quickly learn new concepts, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business priorities in alignment with strategic goals.Skilled in conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels and business functions.Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for aligning cross-organizational efforts to foster a unified business perspective.Change Management certifications, such as APMG and Prosci.Our cultureAt Johnson Controls you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in today's market.
