A high-complexity center is a school that serves students from diverse, often challenging backgrounds, where a significant number of students may face socio-economic difficulties, language barriers, or other personal challenges. In such environments, educators are expected to adapt their methods to meet the needs of students who might be dealing with a variety of academic, emotional, or social challenges. These centers require educators who are equipped with skills in classroom management, empathy, and the ability to foster inclusivity and engagement despite the complexities students face. Key Responsibilities: Motivate and encourage students to learn English in a significant and natural way. Co-work with the classroom tutor by contributing to the programming of activities and their implementation. Support the tutor in promoting a positive and respectful climate in the center. Requirements: Work Permit: Valid permit to work in SpainEnglish Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent command of the languageSpanish Proficiency: Good knowledge of SpanishCommunication Skills: Strong communicator Preferred Qualifications: University degree in the teaching field or related studies in: Education, Psychology, Social Education, Social Integration, Pedagogy Skills: Proactive: Person with initiative and a proactive approach. Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a high complexity center. Patience: Capable of handling various student needs with patience. Empathy: Understanding and addressing the diverse backgrounds of students. Classroom Management: Competent in managing and engaging a classroom environment.
