Professional and Personal Recruitment Requirements: Completed academic university degree (Master's or comparable) in the fields of computer science, mathematics, administrative or business informatics or comparable
In-depth theoretical knowledge of network architectures and their practical implementation in directory services, in particular OpenLDAP, AD
In-depth theoretical knowledge of cryptographic methods and their application in multi-factor authentication systems
Good knowledge of web services, especially REST
Good knowledge of the authentication methods OAuth, OIDC and SAML
Good knowledge of programming languages, for example Java, Python, Perl
Very good knowledge of system administration under Linux, knowledge of Windows system administration
Experience in the provision of availability-critical services and in project management
Knowledge of data protection law
Very good knowledge of German and English
Service orientation and ability to interact
Willingness to perform the above tasks as part of a team
Tasks and Requirements: Responsible for the analysis, design, planning, operation and further development of the BUW's university-wide identity management system (IDM)
Responsible for the analysis, design, planning and operation of multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Responsible for the analysis, design, planning and operation of authentication and authorization services
Design, planning and maintenance of infrastructure and services for authentication and authorization of BUW users
Further development of functionalities (e.g. additional interfaces, single sign-on solutions, 2-factor authentication)
