IT Service Manager (m / f / d)
The Bavarian Center for Family and Social Affairs (ZBFS) is a central state authority with around 1,900 employees working in various fields of social law.
Department VIII of the ZBFS is the IT service provider for the ZBFS as well as for the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs and the affiliated labor and social courts.
Main tasks
Technical support of our specialist departments in the function of IT service manager (m / f / d)
Ensuring the IT operation of specialist processes
Incident management at second level
Implementation of recurring actions
Dealing with current digitalization issues
Planning and coordination of complex IT projects
Requirements analysis for specialist processes
Support for the development, testing and commissioning of specialist procedures
Collaboration in project groups and (cross-country) working groups, if applicable
You will play a key role in shaping the ZBFS on its way to becoming a digital self-service provider.
Your professional profile
You have a degree (Diplom / FH, Bachelor) in one of the following subjects:
computer science
Administrative informatics
Applied computer science
Computer Engineering
Business informatics
or completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) with relevant professional experience
Experience in project and requirements management
A good understanding of the creation of functional and requirement specifications
Familiar with agile working methods
Knowledge in the areas: SQL, XML, batch files, terminal server
Practical experience in the creation or commissioning of web and client-based applications

Honesty, conscientiousness / sense of duty, reliability
Good written and spoken German language skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills with service providers and customers
Willingness to work hard and take responsibility
