The 23-strong Foundation Management Information Technology team in the central administration in Reutlingen manages the IT of BruderhausDiakonie with around 4,500 users in over 170 branch offices in Baden-Württemberg. IT PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) FULL-TIME (100 %) - PERMANENT

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT: in our team you are the central component for the implementation of the digitization strategy with your projects - the spectrum ranges from the introduction of large software packages to the optimization of individual processes
in close cooperation with the stakeholders, you determine the requirements and plan the implementation

You ensure that projects are successfully completed on time and within budget
our process model and our standards are further developed by you
you carry out minor changes in the MS 365 workflows or on ServiceNow yourself

WHAT WE ENVISION: Experience in IT project management
Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification - career changers (m/f/d) with IT know-how are also welcome
Strong communication skills and solution orientation
Programming skills in MS-365-Workflow and PowerAutomate are desirable - if you also have knowledge of ServiceNow, you are the perfect candidate (m/f/d)
Ability to work independently and proactive communication
