Identifying potential cooperation partners on the market and building a powerful network.
Helping to shape the digital workplace of the city of Bochum.
Supporting the central IT management and the IT project organization and creating presentations, graphics, and evaluations.
Management of events such as innovation workshops.
Coordination and control of information management on future action strategies and technology developments in the context of information technology.
These are your qualifications and skills: You fulfill at least one of the following requirements: Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (bachelor's or diploma) with a focus on computer science or another IT-related discipline.
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems clerk, information clerk, and at least one year of professional experience in this field.
Successfully completed Administration Course II or Employee Training Course II.
You can also apply if you meet the exemption requirements from the training and examination obligation in accordance with § 12 in conjunction with point 7 of the preliminary remarks to Annex 1 - Remuneration Ordinance (VKA) TVöD.
However, the prerequisite is several years of experience in a clerical position with an employer under public law (tariff employees).
Civil servants: Qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service; successfully completed preparatory service with the degree "Bachelor of Laws"/"Bachelor of Arts" or "Diplom-Verwaltungswirt*in (FH)" / "Diplom-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt*in (FH)".
Further qualifications and skills: Experience in communicating with various stakeholders.
Good knowledge of agile network organization structure, conceptual work, and simple presentation of complex relationships.
Strong, target group-oriented presentation skills and a convincing manner.
Interest in digitalization topics and in-depth specialist knowledge of Enterprise 2.0, New Work, or Work 4.0.
Sound ITIL knowledge or methodological expertise in Prince 2 (agile), Scrum, Design Thinking, or Lean Coffee desirable.
