Job Controller

A. Planning Plan jobs several days or weeks ahead to ensure that there are available technicians to perform the repair.

Obtain a copy of the Appointment Summary from the Customer Relations Officer (CRO) and pre-assign the repairs to specific work bays and technicians.

Plot technicians' schedule - has knowledge on the duration to accomplish all kinds of service work/repair.

Determine the number of walk-in customers that can be accommodated per day and on what time slot their vehicles can be repaired.

Use the Flat Rate Manual that is periodically issued by MMPC in order to come up with appropriate estimated duration of jobs in the Repair Order.

B. Dispatching Allocate repair orders (RO) to available work bays.

Assign the jobs to technicians in accordance to their skill level. Before assigning a repair order to a technician, the Job Controller must first know if:

Technician is available on the time slot allotted for the RO. Technician is accredited by MMPC to perform the jobs indicated on the RO. There's an available work bay for the jobs to be performed. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
