Discover the Mirakl Functional Consulting teamCustomer Success Managers are the go-to Mirakl experts and trusted advisors, supporting the functional adoption of our platform and features by our clients. This team manages a portfolio of strategic clients after they go live and is their dedicated point of contact for feature-related topics that may arise. As such, the Functional Consulting team plays a critical role in helping our multinational clients run Mirakl's platform and get them set for long-term success.
Mission of the Customer Success Manager / Functional ConsultantAs a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic clients and be their dedicated point of contact for functional topics. You will be their go-to Mirakl expert and trusted advisor, supporting their functional adoption of our platform and features. You will work with Business consultants and will be their dedicated point of contact for technical and functional topics. You will be at the heart of the action, helping to build and maintain the tools and material that ensure the adoption and usage of Mirakl features.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and be their trusted advisor on the Mirakl platformShare best practices and provide workarounds for functional requests when they ariseMonitor platform usage KPIs and ensure the optimal adoption & use of the Mirakl solution by clientsPerform functional audits to assess additional features that clients previously failed to appreciateConduct workshops and ongoing trainings/update meetings with customersChallenge Mirakl Product team by sharing valuable feedback from clientsShare to top management visibility on clients situation and communicate key informationContribute to the development of the delivery team's methodology, knowledge base, and toolsThis role is based in Barcelona.
Your profileGraduated a Master's Degree in Business, Consultancy, Engineering or equivalent+5 years of experience ideally in client management, preferably SaaS or in a Consulting or Project Management roleA previous customer facing experience is a mustA good understanding of E-commerce, Marketplace and/or Digital ecosystems is a plusStrong communication and creative problem solving skillsAnalytical and data driven competenciesUnderstanding of web technologies, integration models and API is a mustSelf-motivated, highly detail and solution oriented and proactiveMust thrive in a dynamic, challenging and fast-paced environmentSpanish and English fluency - any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clientsFlexible travel schedule (up to 15% of the time)
