In five years, we've raised over 300 million euros in funding and helped people reclaim more than one billion euros.Your challenge: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our product team to build products that enable Taxfix to grow its operations effectively while having a great customer experience. We have built strong solutions for our core tax operations. Now, we are striving to expand these solutions to our portfolio of services, building world-class tooling that enables Taxfix to grow even further, to new countries and services. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead Taxfix's product strategy in your assigned area. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, data analysts, and customer success leaders, who all strive to create products that people love to use. You are delivering business impact by identifying the most valuable customer problems to solve and enabling the cross-functional team to ship and iterate on solutions quickly. You are driving product discovery and development to create the best possible user experience, ensuring an informed decision-making process by listening to users and looking into data. You get stuff done and have a strong execution focus, while not losing sight of our long-term objectives. Along the way, you ensure you have buy-in from all key stakeholders and measure our success at every step.Your responsibilities:Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap of your assigned area in close collaboration with your cross-functional product team and key business stakeholders.Build up a deep understanding of user needs and behavior, market and competitive landscape as well as regulatory constraints.Drive hypothesis-driven product management & experimentation processes and facilitate continuous learning from data and user insights.Foster strong collaboration and create alignment with your team of engineers, customer success leaders, designers, and data analysts on prioritization of customer problems and business objectives.Enable your team in building and shipping features effectively and meeting roadmap milestones by understanding technical and design trade-offs, removing roadblocks, and validating problems & solutions prior to investing in them.Build strong relationships and proactively communicate with Country Leadership, Customer Success, and Operations stakeholders to drive product success with aligned strategy and initiatives
