We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Clinical Contracts Analyst to be home-based in the UK or EU.
Core Accountabilities The Senior Clinical Contracts Analyst serves as a liaison to process clinical contract requests such as but not limited to, Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDAs), Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs), Service Agreements, and Ancillary Agreements and supports the management of and negotiate process of site budgets acting as conduit between investigator sites, Clinical Operations and the Legal group.
Principal Responsibilities Responsible for all Clinical Site Agreements and Amendments Proficient in drafting of Investigator Grants in GrantPlan Liaise with internal Departments from award of new Study for Site Start-Up Proficient in drafting of budget grids for Per Patient and Site Costs Proficient in negotiating with US and European Sites with both the Principal Investigators and the Study Teams Escalating budget and language negotiations to the Sponsor and keeping open communication between the Sponsor and the Sites to expedite Site activation Arrange and facilitate weekly teleconference calls with Sponsors and internal teams across the US and Europe Attend meetings, briefings and ad-hoc working groups as appropriate and contributing to the development of the Clinical Contracts Department Streamline transactional processes and introduce templates and checklists to ensure consistent accurate processing of contractual documentation Working in collaboration across teams to expedite Site Activation Create and maintain an electronic filing system Respond to adhoc reporting requirements with due regard to time and delivery Liaise between Senior Management and Study Teams Support Business Development with Proposal input and Bid Defence presentation Essential Work Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Previous experience within a CRO environment Previous work experience within a Contracts and Proposals Office Strong Excel experience to include setting up of complex spreadsheet templates Strong Outlook and MS Office skills Desirable Work Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Previous experience negotiating legal language within contracts Experience using Navision Experience using Brightworks What we offer The opportunity to be part of a friendly, supportive team and work with exciting technologies.
