Work location: Poland (remote).The primary focus of this role will be to develop and optimize social media strategies for the company and coordinate global campaigns. This individual must be a masterful storyteller with digital skills and advertising experience. They must have in-depth knowledge of social media networks, digital platforms, and tools, including Facebook insights and native analytics from Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. They must know what type of content works best on what platform and how to optimize content accordingly, and understand each platform's different nuances.This individual must engage DXC audiences with the right content type, tone, style, and interactions while following brand guidelines.Job Scope:This individual enhances and amplifies DXC's sponsorships, brand value, and awareness and builds strong communities through our social media platforms. They are responsible for developing and publishing content to engage our public audiences and our internal teams. They leverage social channels to build an interactive relationship between our online communities and DXC, enhance DXC's sponsorships, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.Essential Job Functions:Work closely with teams across DXC to develop campaigns that help to achieve marketing, sponsorship, and business goals. Teams include regions, portfolio marketing, talent acquisition, brand, corporate communications, employee engagement, and internal communications.Collaborate with the Content Hub and creative services to optimize digital assets and collateral for social media.Coordinate social media programs and activities such as Twitter chats, live streams, Q&As, and other engagement tactics.Analyze performance and develop weekly/monthly performance and campaign reports on social media performance that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.Monitor DXC's social media accounts daily and engage with audiences.Track and listen for mentions of DXC, our leaders, sponsors, partners, and influencers across social platforms.Create process/methods for finding and archiving mentions and reviews.Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management team that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.Become an expert on social media tools used by DXC and train colleagues as necessary.Support and ensure maintenance of consistent corporate image and messaging across all platforms.Key Deliverables/Accountabilities:Coordinate social media plans and initiatives for sponsorships, global campaigns, and talent acquisition aligned to the DXC Technology and global employer brand.Build a repository of resources and directories to promote and track DXC footprint.Create visible internal/external social media profiles with an authentic and engaging voice.
