We are looking for: Keyrock's future growth is highly dependent on the quality of our ecosystem and innovation priorities.
We are looking for an Innovation Research Analyst to identify, research, and manage our strategic development verticals in addition to supporting our commercial activities with our venture investments.
Job description: Build and maintain relationships with relevant Crypto projects, VCs and other important ecosystem players.
Structure, manage and lead our due diligence efforts for our venture investment pipeline.
Develop a structured research process, with varying timelines, and closely work with Keyrock's commercial and innovation teams to execute the plan.
Together with the Sales and Marketing teams, keep track of key launches and news in the Crypto ecosystem, to proactively identify cooperation and investment opportunities.
Conduct fundamental analysis and technical research at all stages of the deal flow incl.
tokenomic models, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis.
Attend pitch events and conferences, meet entrepreneurs, industry partners and build relationships within the ecosystem to best help accelerate the growth of our portfolio ventures and identify new investment and development opportunities.
Background and Experience: At least 3 years supporting partners and/or customers in the areas of software, FinTech or blockchain/cryptocurrency.
Proven experience in research and venture development.
Ability to effectively interact with the C-suite, founders and leaders.
Demonstrable understanding of multi-stakeholder management in complex environments.
Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and confidence among customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues.
A strong sense of ownership and empathetic attitude.
Out-of-the-box thinker, client advocate - a doer, not just a thinker.
