Lubrizol's industry-leading technologies in additives, ingredients, and compounds enhance the quality, performance, and value of customers' products while reducing their environmental impact.Purpose: Accountable for transforming scientific and technical content into new products that demonstrate Lipotec Active Ingredients' scientific expertise, innovation, and strategic values.Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of innovative new active ingredients in collaboration with cross-disciplinary partners, from conceptualization through to the production of effective communication tools.Develop marketing and communication tools, where appropriate, reflecting business needs and/or market trends.Provide product-related service and support to the global sales network.Monitor customer and competitor activities and trend updates.Prepare documentation related to license agreements and media copyright agreements.Liaise with various internal teams and external vendors.Perform daily duties and tasks as delegated by the Global Marketing Manager.Required Background:Scientific education to understand and interpret data; minimum of a master's degree in a relevant field such as biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy.Professional experience in the field of cosmetics.Effective organizational skills to juggle various tasks at the same time and manage time to meet project deadlines.Excellent written skills in English.Excellent verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team.Take action: Think external, creative.Nice to Have:Appetite for digital communications and curiosity to explore new topics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
