(I351) - Senior MarketingMadrid, Community of MadridWe are seeking a Marketing Manager who understands B2B marketing, ideally in the context of professional services, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will help us achieve our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, BU, GTM teams, and the global marketing team to provide strategic direction and execute on campaigns for the Other Markets region (IMEA, SELAM, and APAC). You will also be responsible for identifying critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizing user funnels and brand loyalty. You will design, elaborate, and present results around KPIs and OKRs for top management on country-specific marketing activities. You will help with the management of yearly strategy planning and budgets. You will collect, analyze, and report regional data for presentation and coordination through dashboards and reports.Responsibilities:Develop marketing campaigns and help curate content to create demand from clients using both inbound and outbound strategies.Develop and execute social media strategies making content relevant and personal for each region.Manage monthly calendars, results, budgeting, and alignment with partners and agencies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, BU, GTM, and global to provide strategic directions for campaigns.Supervise press publications, making each relevant to the country and location.Manage content localization, making it relevant to each geography.Manage the website for the region, and partner with the global website team to ensure regional and local content is highlighted.Lead events across the region, including creation, planning, registrations, web, and follow-ups.Execute and measure the impact of marketing in coordination with partners.Collect, analyze, and report regional data for presentation and coordination through dashboards and reports.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.3+ years of experience in B2B marketing management.Experience in professional services marketing highly desired.High levels of Spanish and English; ability to create content in both languages highly desired.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Excellent, proven written and oral communication skills; experience with copy writing, case study writing, and other collateral creation highly desired.Exceptional project management skills and experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable and experienced in working with senior leaders and experts.Experience with digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.Experience with press and event management.Experience and working knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot and other marketing software desired.If you are interested in this position, please send your resume and cover letter to our HR department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
