.Job Requisition ID #- 22WD62226 The Operations Practice is a dynamic team of project, process, and change management experts responsible for driving operational excellence across the CS Operations team by partnering with Program leaders to ensure projects and programs are delivered according to established project management, readiness, and business process frameworks. This role will have extensive interaction across all levels and functions to define and transform business processes and capabilities. This role will act as a bridge between the Business and the Operations teams supporting it, using capabilities as a north star to identify, prioritize and drive alignment on the key areas of focus for Customer Success and Sales. Responsibilities Lead complex project scopes and decompose initiatives into discreet areas of work expressed in terms of capabilities and/or processes. Perform early evaluations on projects in pipeline; including detail information gathering, and brainstorming solutions with teams. Support multiple enterprise programs with process and capability assessment to design value-creating systems. Influence outcomes by leading design workshops and working to achieve cross-functional alignment. Develop and maintain business capability definitions, capability maps, and roadmaps. Gather business requirements that clearly illustrate how a capability evolves into a more mature state. Continue to evolve and build business architecture practices. Lead process design initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders from concept to approval. Ensure the process landscape is integrated into broader operating model. Manage process and capability rationalization across business units to create clear, simple, persuasive narratives to inform and influence executives. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of progressive and cross-functional process architecture / process improvement / business analysis experience in service industries. Experience leading large scale process improvement initiatives. Experience with go-to-market processes and motions. Experience facilitating large groups using a collaborative approach. Knowledge of business architecture concepts and methodologies. Experience communicating with executive stakeholders and representing their ideas or products with larger strategic customers. Experience with process analysis, as-is / to-be processes, process mapping, gap analysis, and recommendation of solutions. Solid operations background and experience in global organizations. Experienced analyst
