Jj-076 - Head Of Admissions - Yago School

We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized Head of Admissions to help us enroll students from Infant to Baccalaureate and also to host international students in Yago families or in a new state-of-the-art Boarding Home. You'll join our Admissions team to assist with student recruitment, enrollment, and communication activities. The position reports directly to the Deputy Managing Director and is responsible for the international, human, social, and intellectual formation of our students.REQUIREMENTS:Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, ideally accredited in the non-native language.To have enthusiasm and desire to lead a new project.ENROLLMENT:Providing consultations with prospective students when requested.Participating in (or delivering) info sessions if needed.Referring prospective students to specific people in the school for additional information when needed.Coordinating admission tests with coordinators, Counseling department, and Global Languages department.Organizing and filing enrollment documentation, processing student registration and payment with the help of our School Office.INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ENROLLMENT AND BOARDING HOME LAUNCH:Participation in defining operating policies, characteristics, services, and activities of the Boarding home.Opening distribution channels in the international market.Agreements with international agents.Participation in international fairs.Defining the admission process for our Boarding Home.Creating information for the website, promotional material, and catalogs.Promotion and information request for host families and boarding home.Preparing documentation for the inscription forms of the Boarding home.Establishing contacts with agents in Spain and abroad to recruit students for the school and Boarding home.
