Design and customize workflows, permissions, and schemes to fit Fever's fast-moving operations. Partner with teams across the business to translate their needs into Jira magic.Drive Efficiency and Integration: Connect Jira with tools like Slack, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD systems, creating a seamless tech ecosystem. Explore, evaluate, and implement third-party plugins or apps that add value. Build integrations using APIs that enable collaboration and reduce manual work.Optimize and Innovate: Regularly review and optimize Jira configurations to keep performance top-notch. Solve technical challenges with agility, ensuring systems are always a step ahead of business needs. Stay on top of trends in Atlassian tools and bring fresh ideas to the table.Governance & Best Practices: Define Jira standards, ensuring the system scales without compromising on security or usability. Create user-friendly documentation and offer guidance to teams for self-sufficiency.Empower Teams with Training & Support: Host workshops and training sessions. Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and mentoring junior admins.About youExperience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira as an Administrator, Consultant, Solution Architect.Expertise: Deep knowledge of Jira (Cloud or Data Center), including workflows, automation, and scripting (e.G., Groovy, ScriptRunner).Integration Know-How: Proven experience connecting Jira with third-party tools and platforms via APIs. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles.Language: EnglishBonus Points For: Atlassian certifications (e.G., ACP-120 Jira Administration, ACP-600 Project Administration), Spanish knowledge
