.Data Analyst at Scandit BarcelonaScandit is adding to our Partner Enablement and Operations team. As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ingesting, cleaning, mining, and transforming data. You will also build and validate metrics, monitor data quality, analyze various forms of data (e.G., raw data, base data, 3rd party data, metrics), provide reports, and interpret results in order to guide the development of the Scandit Partner organization.What You Will Do Uncover new opportunities to optimize and grow the C&P business through data-driven insights. Explore causes or trends to identify problems and develop action plans to address those opportunities.Inform and influence business decisions at senior management levels through detailed product and sales analysis.Measure and assess the effectiveness of our partners to inform future program requirements.Develop and own project plans and stakeholder engagements for various channel initiatives. Track project performance, proactively addressing potential risks and communicating updates to all stakeholders in a timely manner.Ensure annual growth targets are tracked and achieved through strategic and near-term tactical planning and execution. Use sales data to create tactical action plans and long-term business plans. Drive aspects of business segment planning, including internal alignment from the top down, and external alignment with key client leaders.Closely track pipeline generation on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Improve efficiency through the use of automation tools to make information available on an ongoing and real-time basis.Provide summary level trends on a regular basis and detailed trend analysis when necessary.Develop monitoring mechanisms for quality and data management purposes.Build and validate newly derived metrics and associated business rules.Ensure the quality of specific data stores for collection, tracking, and reporting of research data.Who You Are Expertise with Salesforce, SQL, databases, reporting tools (Tableau) and large data volumes.2-4 years of work experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar position.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Ability to draw conclusions from raw data then summarize results quickly and efficiently.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Analytical with strong writing and presentation skills.Experience working for or with national retailers is a major plus.Tenacious, confident, and self-motivated individual.Highly analytical, data-driven, and numerate.Recent experience creating content within PowerPoint, Captivate or similar solutions.Strong program management and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
