It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today.As the next Financial Business Analyst, you will be reporting to the IT Manager.You, with the help of the team, will be responsible for:Identifying problems and evaluating processes.Searching and validating information.Reviewing internal processes within various computer programs to ensure the correct internal flow.Determining requirements.Delivering reports and recommendations based on data.What You'll Do:Work on project management and portfolio management with prioritization attending global business needs.Assist and manage project team members to meet project schedule in time and cost.Develop internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.Understand the components of running a successful project.Conduct functional analysis and solution definition.Understand organization direction, structure, and requirements.Understand business processes and their relationships.Define & develop accurate and complete test plans.Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.Work on Oracle JD Edwards 9.2.Support help desk in the solution of process issues using system tools and assuring integrity.Other similar tasks.What We're Looking for in You:Team player with customer focus, sense of urgency, and service.Autonomous and well organized.Technical understanding and problem solving skills.Economical Science Degree or MBA or Technical/Superior Degree in Informatic Engineering.Fluent in English; other foreign languageswill be appreciated.A minimum of three years' experience in a multinational company; more experience would be appreciated.Oracle JDE Edwards 9.2 knowledge will be appreciated.Other similar ERP software knowledge will be appreciated.BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
