The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.Bilbao HQ OfficeThe IS Business Partner Lead is the link between the business and IT, and the strategic interface with the assigned business functions. They conduct business analyses and implement changes to business processes and IT-related solutions.This role focuses on strategic relationship management, expert advice, project management, and developing and implementing business cases that will strategically impact the business processes' roadmap.This is a role; you can expect to be in the office two to three days a week as required and should live within a commuting distance to the office.ResponsibilitiesAct as the business relationship link between the business and IT for the assigned business function(s).Contribute to the strategy definition process of the business and proactively propose appropriate growth projects to pursue an evolving business roadmap.Manage the IT demand for the assigned business function(s), ensuring that business-added value IT solutions and services are provided.Define and manage IT roadmaps & plans for the assigned business function(s).Manage the financials (budget / actuals) within the delegation of authority frame.Coordinate and manage all projects for the assigned business function(s).Manage the product organization and the people within them to enable them to achieve and be successful in their assignments.QualificationsMaster's degree or equivalent through experience.At least 8 years of work experience in a specific functional business environment and related IT systems.Practical understanding of the industrial minerals industry.Broad breadth and depth knowledge of Sibelco processes, products, and markets.Understand basic finance principles, strong business acumen, and high analysis capability.A self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical and able to work independently.Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish are a must.But most importantly, if you embrace our core values and if this role sparks your enthusiasm to apply your passion to contribute in a meaningful way as a part of Sibelco's team of unique talents within a diverse international business community, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.
