Job Title: Director / Senior Director, Clinical Development Job Location: Europe, United States or Canada - Remote Job Overview: The Director, Clinical Development is responsible for leading and supporting client relationship(s) and contributes to the strategic and growth initiatives for the Clinical business unit.
Facilitates growth by working directly with key business partners and implementing processes to support business growth in Clinical Development.
Build contacts and relationships with current and prospective customers and business partners while furthering the overall mission and values of the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead Caidya clinical development strategies for clients.
Available to conduct weekly calls with sponsors/clients in China.
Collaborate closely with Business Development on potential new opportunities.
Assist in the identification of new clients, attend meetings with potential new clients.
Participate in the planning for and attend industry conferences and scientific meetings.
Collaborate with Business Development and operational leadership on strategy in proposals and bid defense meetings.
Contribute to slide development and delivery strategy.
Contribute to and review proposal and budget input and content.
Provide comments and suggested edits/text as needed.
Key point of contact with client company(s) to lead relationship management, clinical strategy support, and if applicable leading and presenting clinical development strategies to governing bodies and oversight committees.
Coordinate and lead client governance as required.
Represent Caidya to the customer, ensuring satisfaction levels are maintained and deliverables are communicated effectively.
Accountable for the financial and operational health of all studies within the assigned portfolio of work.
Proactively identify and contribute to the management of issues at a study and portfolio level.
Contribute to the development of contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Support operational excellence by identifying best practices, participating in Project Review Meetings, and by making recommendations to senior management.
Contribute to and lead Caidya internal strategies to drive new business and client relationships.

Job Requirements Education: BS, BA, or MS, MA required.
Experience: At least 8+ years industry, 5+ years CRO.
Strong background in clinical research and operational expertise.
Skills/Competencies: Language: Both Mandarin and English are required.
Leadership: Effectively communicates goals, principles and values to inspire and guide people in attainment of individual and team goals.
Integrity: Demonstrates understanding of "fiduciary" responsibility as a leader; effectively articulates ethical business practices and holds people accountable for ethical action.
