In this role, you will be exposed to all aspects of Finance work at a Proptech startup.
You will be exposed to a high level of freedom and responsibility from day one.
We want your involvement in the financial and business controlling of the Habyt Group, actively supporting our Finance Team in shaping the financial future of Habyt.

Your Responsibilities Financial Leadership: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
Performance Reporting & Analysis: Present monthly performance reports against budgets/forecasts, highlighting variances and insights.
Collaborate with teams to align on financial objectives and support business decisions.
Compliance & Quality Control: Liaise with internal and external accountants, as well as auditing partners, to ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality control of financial transactions and reporting.
Tax & Regulatory Requirements: Oversee compliance with local government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Collaboration & Ad Hoc Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve financial alignment across the organization.
Support various ad hoc financial tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Finance Team.
Your Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
3-5 years of experience in financial controlling or related roles, preferably in start-ups or scale-ups.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Lucanet is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
A quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for driving operational excellence.
