.The Innovation Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our Public NewSpace strategy in collaboration with local, national, and international stakeholders, and overseeing the exploitation team to bridge the gap between our research outputs and market needs.
This role requires a seasoned leader with robust communication skills, adept at navigating complex stakeholder relationships and capable of translating customer needs into viable product offerings.

Responsibilities: Manage and develop the Newspace strategy with Public stakeholders, collaborating with local, national, and international stakeholders.
Oversee the exploitation team responsible for facilitating the connection between research teams and potential customers.
Serve as a liaison between customer needs and research teams to ensure that developed products meet market expectations.
Coordinate and lead product planning meetings, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Continuously evaluate and adapt innovation strategies to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market.
