Experience you will need: -Advanced knowledge of SevenRooms.
-Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team.
-Great interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
-Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
-Previous experience in a management role in a high-end brand, preferably multi-site.
-Excellent communication skills - must have high level of both spoken and written English.
Knowledge of French and Spanish would be advantageous.
-Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.
-Must be friendly and attentive.
-A passion for hospitality and customer service.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Ability to motivate and drive the team.
