From Ferrovial Construcción, we need to incorporate a Jefe/a de Obra Mecánico for the construction of a photovoltaic plant in the province of Soria.
MISIÓN:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your mission will be to lead the contracting, construction, and electrical supervision in the construction of photovoltaic plants, coordinating the different subcontractors and managing the resources assigned to the project.
FUNCIONES:
Supervise electrical work on renewable energy plants, ensuring compliance with safety and health policies, deadlines, quality, and costs.In coordination with the construction manager, negotiate and finalize contracts with various subcontractors.Coordinate different subcontractors for all matters related to the project's construction.Continuous collaboration with the Engineering Department to find the best technical solutions.Meet project requirements regarding deadlines and quality of work.Ensure that different subcontractors have the necessary materials and tools to perform their work.Plan construction phases, ensuring the necessary internal and external resources for complete construction.Control the schedule.Monitor performance achieved for each activity of the project.Cost control.Prepare and implement acceleration plans to meet committed deadlines.Ensure project planning, analyzing possible deviations and improvement plans for each item. REQUISITOS:
Education: TechnicalValuable training in Occupational Risk Prevention.Minimum experience of 3 years in supervising electrical work, preferably in renewable energy projects.
