MISSION:
Depending on the Construction Chief, your mission will be to lead the contracting, construction, and civil supervision in the construction of wind farms and photovoltaic plants, coordinating different subcontractors and managing the resources assigned to the project.
FUNCTIONS:
Supervise the civil works of renewable energy plants, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and deadlines, quality, and costs.In coordination with the construction chief, negotiate and finalize contracts with different subcontractors.Coordinate the different subcontractors for all matters related to the construction of the project.Continuous collaboration with the Engineering Department to find the best technical solutions.Meet the project needs in terms of deadlines and quality of work.Supervise that the different subcontracts have the necessary materials and tools to carry out the work.Plan the phases of work, ensuring the necessary internal and external resources for the complete construction.Control the schedule.REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Technical or Civil Engineering.Valuable training in Occupational Risk Prevention.Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising civil works, preferably in renewable energy projects. Experience in coordinating work teams and different project subcontracts.Availability to work on-site during the project's duration.Valuable knowledge in MS Project and AutoCAD.Valuable international geographical availability.WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
