We are searching for an innovative and dynamic Creative Manager to lead our creative efforts across social media and content creation. This role is pivotal in driving the branding, growth, and humanization of Drumelia's online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with our luxury real estate brand and marketing strategy provided by our Marketing Director. Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook):
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that aims to grow relevant audience and drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
Analyze social media metrics to get insights and optimize content strategies.
Stay updated on social media trends to keep Drumelia ahead of the curve.
Create and maintain a weekly posting schedule, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Engage with our audience through interactive stories, comments, and direct messages.
Upload posts, stories, and create captions that reflect Drumelia's brand identity.
Plan, edit, and align cover images with Drumelia's branding.
Create and edit Instagram reels, including selecting music, to enhance branding and humanize our content.Content Creation:
Produce high-quality content for social media using mobile phone, and work together with our Visual Content creation team to develop big projects.
Curate user-generated content, ensuring it is organized and aligned with our brand's visual and thematic elements.Creative Direction:
Oversee the artistic direction of all digital marketing initiatives, including mood boards and production plans for properties, models, and video content.
Dedicate time each week to brainstorming innovative ideas, identifying property selling points, and creating content that effectively communicates these.
Select wardrobe and accessories for models that align with Drumelia's luxury brand image.Production Management:
Create detailed production plans, including technical checklists and necessary purchases (e.g., food sets, accessories).
Organize all aspects of the production process, from property staging to coordinating with cameramen, models, and vehicles.Public Relations:
Develop and maintain a list of influencers and models for company events and collaborations.Results Analysis:
Analyze the performance of creative strategies and visual content on a monthly basis, using social media metrics and conversion data to optimize future campaigns.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the luxury sector, ideally with the real estate sector.
Strong creative direction skills, with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
