.Detailed DescriptionWe're looking for a CRM Executive:Location – AlicanteAlicante On SiteWorking hours – 39 hours.What You'll Be DoingThe purpose of this job is to manage the customer database and CRM activity including email activity, research, and reporting.Deploying and managing email campaigns including standard sends, automated sends, and trigger sends.Managing the customer database, ensuring we protect our deliverability reputation by targeting customers effectively.Understanding the customer lifecycle, implementing test and learn to optimize communications across all channels: email, paid, and outbound.Defining and implementing segmented and promotional email communication plans including lifecycle programs and behavioral targeting.Implementing measures to reactivate lapsed and dormant customers and recommending plans for divesting old data.Working with the multichannel, buying, and merchandising teams to plan promotional email campaigns promoting key product areas and brands.Continued analysis and measurement of email performance and benchmarking against competitors and other leading retailers for best practices.Continuously analyzing and reporting site and content performance and recommending improvements and developments.Developing a full email testing plan to test email content, subject lines, send times, and any other tests we wish to conduct.What We're Looking ForExperience of CRM programs is essential.University graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous.Strong organizational skills and a good multi-tasker are essential.B2/C1 English.What We OfferWe know our employees work tirelessly to make JD Sports the success it is today, and in turn, we offer them some amazing benefits:Permanent Contract.Staff Discount (25%) on qualifying purchases across Group retail stores and online.Free Gym Facilities.Flexible/optional benefits: restaurant ticket, transportation ticket, health insurance.Personal development opportunities to learn and develop at work.Continuous professional development in hard and soft skills.And... much more!The CompanySince founded in 1981, JD Group has achieved remarkable growth through rapid global expansion.
