You will find opportunities to analyze platforms, and business needs to influence the product development roadmap. Additionally, you will lead integration and partnership engagements with 3rd parties, acting as the main point of contact between internal and external teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations.Vendor Relationship Management:Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery, adherence to project requirements, and ongoing support and maintenance.Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors, leading communication and collaboration throughout the partnership process.Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure they meet project requirements and expectations.Coordinate regular project meetings with internal teams, vendors, and collaborators to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment.Regularly communicate updates and status reports to senior management and other relevant collaborators.Project Planning and Management:Identify commercial opportunities with third-party vendors based on their technical capabilities, reputation, and fit with the company's strategic needs.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, achievements, and results for new partnership projects.Define project scope, goals, and results in collaboration with senior management and team members.Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.Technical Integration Management:Lead all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions to connect the ecommerce platform with third-party vendor systems
