The role:
Support and define a region-wide CRM strategy, activation, platform, and implementation program that drives local market/subsidiary performance, including continuous optimisation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation and deployment of a CRM platform across EMEA countries, following a phased, step-by-step approach, in close collaboration with various departments. Support the implementation of a segmentation strategy and drive continuous optimization. Own consumer data capture and data cleaning plan. Support the EMEA consumer marketing team in effective campaign execution by harmonizing CRM activities with the advertisement spend, the traffic from and generation to physical touch-points, the lead capture, and the consumer contact management processes. Own monthly prospect and consumer insights. Support the standardization of a CRM program development and launch processes; support deployment in the various EMEA markets. Support the Senior CRM Manager in the creation of holistic CRM reports, showing impact for all programs and for all markets. Be responsible for campaigns from A to Z. Keep a close track of campaigns performance and report insights per campaign to the relevant teams. Carry out tasks in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities. Nice to have: Solid experience in establishing consumer CRM strategies and ecosystems in the retail sector. A/B testing experience and campaign optimization. Experience in bridging marketing requirements with IT development. Hands-on team player attitude combined with strategic thinking and agility. Business proficiency in English; other languages an advantage. Skills: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field of study. 3-5 years of experience in implementing, developing, and optimizing CRM programs (ideally in retail). International background, experience of deploying solutions to markets with different maturity.
