You will be responsible for creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media metrics. You will have to provide our social media managers/content managers with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive social media content and strategies. You will devise the content strategies for a number of exciting brands and will monitor its progress. You also will have to manage a team of social media managers/content managers. You will be able to implement your creative vision to the different social media platforms and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to our brands.Responsibilities:Conceive and implement concepts and content strategies in various social media projects and oversee them to completion.Develop and supervise creative social media content strategies.Create content, schedule posts, and monitor social media metrics.Collaborate with project managers to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements.Keep up to date with social media trends.Manage the content of the different social media platforms.Manage and motivate a team of content managers to help them use their talents effectively.Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.Write and design unique and well-crafted content that meets clients' needs.Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.Monitor results/data driven client presentations.Team management and pitching concepts to clients.Oversee several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines and signing off on these projects before they are presented.Liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues.Building an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projects.Requirements:Proven work experience as a Head of Social Media / Content Director or in a similar creative role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
