Step into the role of Lead Product Manager where you will spearhead a new and ambitious global Core Services product suite. Based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you'll lead a diverse tech team consisting of Product Managers, QA Testers, Product Operations, and Engineers.Responsibilities:Roadmap and Prioritization: Translate, prioritize and deploy the product vision depending on the user and business needs, and help the Product Owners of your Product Line to own their Roadmaps.Discovery: Identify and analyze the high-level needs of our users and technical needs, and help the Product Owners to conduct deeper Discovery.Specification: Define and write specifications, and review the ones from the Product Owners you are managing.Delivery: Follow and ensure the delivery of developments.Scrum: Ensure the Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.Documentation: Ensure the documentation of your Product Line, particularly in the service of the Product Operations team.Management: Manage 3 Product Owners across 3 squads, meaning accompany them to achieve their goals and help them upskill.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Tech Management.Solid technical appetite and the ability to deal with Product as APIs/Webservices.Experience as a leader, and ability to motivate and inspire your teammates.You are not afraid to tackle challenging and complex topics.You have excellent communication skills at all levels, and are able to communicate confidently with stakeholders.You have working knowledge and a solid understanding of the English language and are able to communicate this in a business setting.Benefits:Tick destinations off your bucket list with our discounts on travel and accommodation.Enjoy 25 Days Off per year plus 5 Compensation days!Learn a new language with our free language learning platform (Global Exam).Employee Retention Share Scheme through Equate Plus.Various social events to promote networking, the celebration of wins, and sometimes just for fun!
