The Head of Quality Management will be managing the quality team, making sure the compliance with customer and certification requirements. How can you become part of our success? - Identify, define, and manage quality and process improvement projects. - Support of management and process reviews at the plant, regional and profit center level (KPIs, structuring of business processes). - Contribute to the analysis and reduction of non-quality costs. - Establishing audits and management reviews. - Coordinate and support quality checks in the factories in Motilla. - Improvement of quality processes and quality awareness. - Optimizing problem-solving processes (internal, customer, supplier). - Quality reporting (Motilla Plants). - Supporting training initiatives, creating, and conducting training courses. - Represented by MAHLE in customer discussions, especially in the case of serious quality problems and escalated complaints. - Recourse talks and negotiations (with sales, BU4 quality, segment management). - Ensuring quality planning in new projects. - Definition of the quality strategy. - Capacity planning and succession planning. - Optimizing the entire Q performance. - Leading local task forces in case of necessity. What skills do you need? - Engineering degree and degree in business or operations. - Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. German & French is a plus. - Approval of Q-Gates in development projects (APQP) - Blocking and releasing of components, decision on construction deviations - Signature authorization for external agreements with customers and suppliers - Standards knowledge (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 15504, ISO 26262, ISO/IEC 17025, VDA). - Customer (internal and external) management skills (resilience, negotiation, collaboration, leadership, and knowledge in organization). - Problem Solving: QRQC Certified, Black belt … - 5 years of experience in a quality function for automotive mechatronics sector (including APQP, problem solving, risk assessment, ...) - >10 years of experience in production, quality, SQA, project for a major Tier one supplier or OEM. - Experience in at least 1 department outside of quality. - (Valued) International assignment is a plus.
