Java Tech Lead

Functions and Responsibilities:
Definition and design of the processes and methodology in their area.
Ensure the implementation of the Software programming strategy, guaranteeing compliance with the required technical quality standards.
Guidance of teams/wagons towards resolution of top complexity software programming projects, in the most efficient manner, with a minimum error rate.
Propose innovative solutions for the resolution of issues and incidents, ensuring maximum impact and repercussion.
Improve overall quality, performance and security of IT solutions delivered to the business.
Identification of problems or possible improvements from the point of view of application.
Knowledge management: implementation of the set of mechanisms and processes that strengthen the exchange of information and expertise within an organization or group of professionals, in order to improve the performance of the organization or the results of a project.
Increase level of knowledge of current IT landscape on operation and its integrations and deployment model maintaining an updating cartography of systems involved for its build team.
Make sure that Admiral technical standards are applied according to the enterprise architecture policies and rules.
Study and possible implementation of new tools/functionalities.
Technical debt diagnoses. Make proposals for improvement.
To be the technical reference for the team, helping in the day-to-day work.
Support on incidents.
Soft skills: Technical leadership, knowledge sharing, communication skills, teamwork, delivering training sessions.
