Join Vodafone's Unified Communications (UC) Practice as a Java Software Engineer on our Software Engineering team.
You'll be instrumental in developing a cloud-native platform to deliver next-generation unified communications and connectivity products.
Your role will involve designing and implementing APIs, building microservices-based architectures, and working closely with Vodafone architects to create innovative software solutions.
You'll ensure testing and security are embedded from the start using TDD and BDD, and you'll contribute ideas to enhance our software engineering capabilities.
Staying up to date with industry trends, you'll explore open-source technologies to strengthen our software architecture.
We seek a developer with a professional background in object-oriented programming, microservices architecture, and cloud (we use AWS).
Proficiency in software design patterns, SOLID principles, and agile methodologies (especially Scrum within a SAFe framework) is essential.
The ability to adapt to new languages and frameworks is also important as our technology stack evolves.
You'll grow with us as a professional being part of a dynamic, agile team, contributing to the creation of innovative, secure, and high-quality software.
What you bring: Expertise in Java (Spring Boot) Experience with NoSQL databases Familiarity with AWS (or other cloud) Understanding of microservices architecture Advanced English Level .
