Shop Configuration is part of the Monetisation cluster in ecommerce. Our objective is to enhance the retail media revenue for our partners by strategically positioning promoted products and banners to maximise impact.
In addition to monetization responsibilities, the Shop Configuration team holds a platform-wide vision and oversees key architectural components, including feature flags, configuration, and localization across our entire e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:Help set technical direction, actively driving continuous improvement and timely delivery in the team.Ability in teaching and coaching, such that you increase the effectiveness / impact of others across your department.Consistently able to translate needs into appropriate technical requirements.Consistently seeks the root of the problem we are trying to solve, makes sure that solutions meet these needs.Empathy with customers, clients, stakeholders & managers.
