Java Developer with Time Series Experience Warsaw, Madrid | working from home up to 60% | Reference 6746 Are you passionate about the financial data business?

We are looking for a responsible individual to take on a central role in our data intake team.
What You Will Do Programming of time series applications to offer global historical data in a SAFe and Kanban way of working.
Incident management and operations including 2nd and 3rd level support.
Improve monitoring and test coverage.
Automate compliance, quality, and coverage checks on all time series flavors.
Install and test software on QA and PROD systems.
On-call support rotation (out of office hours and weekend) in the DevOps team.
What You Bring At least 3 years of experience with Java and experience in time series development to provide data globally, either in Cloud or on-premise.
Working knowledge of data stream handling in Java.
Linux fundamentals knowledge, shell scripting, Git/GitLab.
Good understanding of highly scalable, distributed systems (e.G., Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra).
Experience in Cloud development for time series in Azure, AWS, or Google is a plus.
Financial market data and low latency/high throughput systems knowledge is a plus.
Team player and keen problem solver, with a proven track record operating complex systems under pressure.
Great communication skills, fluent in English.
