Requirements Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications for financial services. Integration: Implement and manage data integration using Apache Kafka to ensure real-time data processing and communication between systems. Frameworks: Utilize Spring Boot for building microservices and ensuring smooth deployment and management of applications. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
