The position is based in Madrid, Spain. We are searching for a Java Back End Developer for our Payment Platform.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for a candidate to join Docomo Digital technology team to support development of key components of Docomo Digital DCB Platform. As part of the development team, you will be in charge of:
Development and evolution of Java applications and services
Releasing of software modules using automated build and deployment tools, according to internal guidelines
Support platform maintenance including troubleshooting and evolution projects delivery
Enhance and maintain the existing codebase, including parts written by other developers
Contribute in knowledge sharing and preparation of technical documentation
Skills & Experience desired:
5-7 years' experience on back-end development with Java within IT or Fintech companies
Technical degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
Open minded attitude to work in a diverse international company using diverse technologies
Proactive and agile attitude
Strong experience with Java (J2EE), Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Tomcat, Apache
Communication protocols knowledge such as HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, REST
Experience with Messaging frameworks (JMS and HornetQ)
Knowledge about NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Couchbase, etc.)
Experience with version control and building systems (especially Maven and Git)
BigData framework experience such as Hadoop and Spark is a plus
Fully fluent English, written and spoken
