Your Tasks:Prepare, analyze, and report monthly closings, account results & KPIs.Justify main drivers for the variations reported to CO Regional.Carry out budget monitoring of department budgets with the rest of the team of managers, anticipate risks and opportunities and compensation measures.Act as a business partner, have close cross-departmental collaboration, get involved in local budget issues, make recommendations for decision-making, be a good communicator with non-finance people, challenge process improvements, promote FC/plan compliance.Prepare and coordinate department activities and report quarterly forecasts and annual plan to headquarters.
Justify deviations and provide explanations.Manage, calculate, validate and report Plant Investments, including ROI calculations, presentation for approval at the Investment Committee.Handle cashflows and amortizations.Participate in workshops on future strategy, lead investment plan for 5 years, covering all types of investment, efficiency, innovation, security, and infrastructure with its corresponding impact on the results account (costs, ICPs).Lead global savings management, promote efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
Monitor and control planned savings.Participate in external financial audits as well as internal audits.
